Enhanced Durability: Constructed from high-quality stainless steel grooved fittings, offering excellent resistance to corrosion and wear.
Efficient Flow Management: The 90 degree tube fitting design ensures smooth directional changes, minimizing pressure loss and maintaining optimal flow.
Easy Installation: The grooved design of the 90 degree pipe fitting allows for quick and secure connections, reducing labor time and costs.
Versatile Applications: Suitable for various industrial uses, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, providing reliable performance in diverse environments.
Hot push forming process
Principle: Using a special elbow pusher, core mold and heating device, the blank on the mold moves forward under the push of the pusher, and is heated, expanded and bent during the movement.
Stamping forming process
Principle: Use a tube blank with the same outer diameter as the elbow, and use a press to directly press and form it in the mold.
Cold extrusion forming process
Principle: Use a special elbow forming machine to put the tube blank into the outer mold. After the upper and lower molds are closed, the tube blank moves along the gap reserved by the inner and outer molds under the push of the push rod to complete the forming process.
The characteristic of hot push forming is that by heating the material and applying external force, the material is plastically deformed at high temperature to form the required 90 degree elbow fitting. It is suitable for various metal materials, especially high-strength alloys and stainless steel. The heating method usually adopts induction heating or flame heating.
The characteristic of stamping forming is that the material is deformed at room temperature by applying pressure using stamping equipment and dies to form the required 90 degree tube fitting. It is suitable for metal materials with good plasticity, such as low carbon steel, aluminum alloy, etc. This process does not require heating and is carried out at room temperature.
The characteristic of cold extrusion forming is that the material is extruded into the required 90 degree pipe fitting by high pressure at room temperature, which usually requires higher equipment pressure. It is suitable for metal materials with good plasticity, such as aluminum, copper and their alloys. This process also does not require heating and is carried out at room temperature.
